My heart goes out to him each time I see him standing at TBS, Lagos Island. But something is definitely wrong somewhere.
Please you may know someone that knows him. His family can be contacted. The necessary thing(s) should be done so he
can be restored back. To me, he has not gone totally mad. It may be a case of mental disorder. Please help!
