The Client

FCC Bakery and Confectioneries is a fast-developing food company, producing healthy bread and confectioneries in Ikorodu, Lagos. We are restructuring our company to position it for growth and take a substantial market share within Ikorodu and its environs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop marketing and Sales strategies
2. Carry out market research and surveys
3. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients (Distributors, Wholesalers, open Markets, etc.)
4. Negotiate with clients
5. Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
6. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Desired Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
1. HND/BSc in Marketing or any other degree inluding Sciences and Engineering
2. Marketing and sales/Business Development experience will be an advantage
3. Self-discipline, integrity, ability to work independently, professional working attitude & honesty,
4. Good oral and writing skills
5. Good IT skills.
6. Good business sense and ability to find good business opportunity.
7. Residency in Ikorodu, Lagos, will be an advantage

What you will get
This position attracts a mixed-pay model remuneration with the salary divided as follows:
• A fixed part of the salary paid monthly
• A commission-based variable pay attached to staff sales turnover, also paid monthly
• Other sales incentives at the discretion of the management
