Lagos state government is one of the worst state government in Nigeria. Their fines and policies are draconian. Lagosians go through hell on a daily basis, and it's really pathetic. The so called Igr have no bearing on the lives of the common man. All they have to show is fancy structures at lekki-Epe. All state clinics are still in a sorry state despite the huge IGR.
