Bro, thank you for following this thread, i started this to motivate people like you, people who have love for farming but don't no which way to go. My advice are; cassava is more tedious than plantain, cassava is more time tasking than plantain, cassava is NOT more profitable than plantain and YES plantain is more costly to set up compared to cassava but you dont need more than a million to start. I kindly advice you start small maybe 1 acre which will cost roughly 500,000 to set up being that you don't have any slightest idea about farming. LAND/SOIL TYPE

Plantain loves water but can not withstand stagnant water or steady swampy land because it affects growth by over 30%. It can achieve optimum growth if the swampy water is channelled and flows through the farm. Hence, providing irrigation in the farm is a must because water is a necessity in plantain farming. The most preferred soil for plantain farming is Clay soil but Loamy and sandy soil are good also.

Plantain farming is the wayy and the true secret to wealth creation. I want to help at least 1000 people tap into this sector and create wealth for themselves! There is enough room for everybody. #areyouready?....lets goooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
