Federal polytechnic Oko yesterday stops the online registration of HND and ND from their Portal . Reason to this is that the applicant register by themselfs or though cyber cafes their by channeling the money they would generate when any applicant come to the ETF for registration.

by doing so student now have to come from far and near risking the danger on the road just to come and fill forms at the School ETF. Not only that, student are extorted 500 for each registration after purchasing the form for 6500.

the question is why develop a website with payment option to ease applicant and also a registration page then close it for personal business.
