if u re seriously need the job, go for the test as I see no harm in trying. some of my friends got nafdac job in the last mass recruitment without knowing any one. u never can tell

Yes it is different. You get the former from the state government liaison office (in Lagos state or Abuja or in your state secretariat) while you get the latter from your local government.

I don't know what the criteria are since my mum got mine for me when I was younger from my state liaison office at Victoria Island, Lagos state. But you need to go there with money, lg govt identification letter, attestation letter from your king, Igwe, Oba or Seriki and possibly from a politician from your state. I am not sure of all these but you can enquire still.
