How Do I Make "puff-puff"? by Teminio: 11:01pm On Sep 28, 2009 |
Please I need someone to help me with the step by step guides to frying puff-puff - that tasty snack made from flour. (Not sure if the spelling is right though) I sincerely desire to make it for my guests in a few days from now. Will appreciate feedback. Thanks |

Not good with the measurement aspect but here is how to make it. --Mix the flour, sugar, water, and yeast together until u get a smooth 'paste'/batter. --Set the mixed content aside for about 2hrs. --Heat a good quantity of veg. oil(i'ld advise u use a deep pan for this). To know if the oil is hot enough, put a drop or 2 of the 'paste' in it. --To get a good result, ensure the batter is brown. P.S:U can use quick-rising yeast if u can't wait for 2hrs. |
