Good evening house, I'm having this argument with a friend about NYSC 3 weeks leave. He claims it is after POP but I claimed it is before POP. Abeg help us ooo! |

Before or after, certificate is the main thing.. But it's actually after. The 3weeks will make it one year after pop |
