Yess..On a free platform,use blogger

Yess..google approves such blogs and it dosent have time range.whenever you meet their policies and whenever your blog is good to go..you will be accepted.

You need to have 15 - 20 unique contents written upto 350 words and was written by you.

Yess..its possible its a matter of coding your html..

Google adsense don't always accept people that run an entertainment blog.

Why?
No advertiser goes that way and maybe 2%.
Okay leme ask you,if you're an advertiser,what are you going to entertainment niche to do??

What are you going to advertise on Entertainment.

Wise advertisers go for niches that even have physical products and maybe e-books,tutorial,learning.

Such as web design it has physical products like blog templates,coding,html,css, etc

Health it has physical products like Drugs,weight loss e-books,creams etc
