A shoe company sent two of their staff to a town where nobody wears shoes for business survey, one of the staff came back and said, the town is not good for their kind of business because they don't wear shoes while the other said the town is a fertile land for their business to prosper, all they need to do is to create awareness on why they have to wear shoes, go to the town head, give him and his household free shoes to wear (PR)and he believes they will become the pioneer of shoe factory in that land, the management listened to him and they gave it a try, alas it worked and within a short while, every body started wearing shoes and the shoe company was always smiling to the bank.
