1. Farm Manager
2. A Hatchery Operator/Specialist who will help propagate Chicken and maintain hatchery facility and equipment.
3. Parent Stock (PS) Pen Operator/Supervisor


Relevant Experience in a large poultry is the most important prerequisite for these Jobs.

The ideal candidate will have:

A Bachelors degree or higher in fisheries or a directly related field OR
A Bachelor's degree or higher in an unrelated field of study PLUS 5 or more years of directly related, professional, full-time, paid employment in a big poultry.
Knowledge/experience with Parent Stock birds.
Knowledge/experience with hatchery equipment - Maintenance, Candling, humidity and temperature controls.
Assist in egg picking, receiving & egg disinfection operations.
Maintain building(s), facilities and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Inspect facilities, machinery, equipment, systems, etc., to verify safety, maintenance, conditions, functions, and quality. Assist in the diagnosis and repair of electrical, plumbing, & mechanical problems.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or NAFDAC agency rules, standards and guidelines, etc.
Assist with hatchery tours, help with non-hatchery division projects.
Attend training in various areas of the division and hatchery operations.

Physical requirements:
Work requires physical exertion. May require the ability to stand; walk over rough or slippery surfaces surfaces; bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, lift heavy items (minimum of 16 Kgs.).
Other requirements:
Must have or obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
