According to the report Dond Dong who is now 4 years old has been smoking since he was 2 years old and he lives with his grandparents who run a convenience store in Banqiao (eastern china).His grandparents are in a fix on how to get him quit smoking as he is now addicted to it and whenever he needs it he either takes it from his grandpa's pack or from the store shelf. The story is in dutch tried translating it.
