1. Lemon and Sugar Exfoliation Lemon is a natural bleach agent. Sugar has got the right kind of grit to work as an exfoliator. Pair lemon with sugar and you’ve got a wonder combo. These two ingredients when used properly, will lighten dark knuckles, elbows and knees. Mix a tablespoon of lemon juice with some sugar. Use it to scrub the affected area for 10 minutes especially at night. Wash off with warm water. Apply a moisturising hand cream.

2. Honey and Lemon treatment Honey is another bleaching agent. It has antibacterial properties too. Mix equal portions of lemon and honey to make a moisturiser for your hands. For example, 3 tablespoons of lemon and 3 tablespoons of honey. Apply this mixture to your dark knuckles for 8-10 minutes daily. Allow it dry, then wash off with warm water.
