Nigeria is more than 40 Years old, 56 years actually and Nigeria still can't have a functional institution with 75% of the states, 27 states actually not able to pay salaries . One thing i can say for BMB is that he has gotten the eastern bloc as well as the niger-delta anytime he wants to run for any political office as long as it does not conflict with a potential Igbo candidate.
He may need to build ties in the north and the coast is clear. But that should be after buhari is long gone from power due to his cult like figure there .
