@Op, This is very cheap propaganda and will not scale the common sense test.
It is on record that Rivers State gets a new commissioner of police on monthly basis just to ensure that their is no continuity of strategies. We all know who controls the federal police and their operations.
A particular location after Portharcourt airport has become a kidnappers den for the past 4 months and nothing jas been done to curtail it. They say it is a conspiracy of silence.
