Operation Safe Haven has ban the operation of tricylces popularly known as Keke NAPEP within Jos Metropolis from 9PM to 5AM with immediately effect. This was made known by Major General Rogers Nichols the 9th Commander of Operation Safe Haven. He gave insecurity concerns resulting from the influx of people suspected to be Boko Haram as one of the reasons for the ban.. He said operators and the general public have been properly informed of the ban He said his men would enforce full compliance of the ban with immediate effect and task cyclists and the people to ensure they comply to the ban.
