Some say that we would have perfect telekinesis and
telepathy. i think that humans already have telepahy, they just don't use it, thus causing it to "disappear". others have said that we could walk through
walls. id like a list of what you think is
possible if we used 100% of our brain.
(thats also assuming the neurons work at peak efficency)

Fiction and pseudoscience. Learn from proper psychologists and neuroscientists, not movies.

Well, these are the things that will NOT happen.

1. Telekinesis
2. Telepathy
3. Tele - literally anything.

here are the things that will probably happen.

1. Overheating of the brain.
2. Headaches
3. Aneurysms
4. Insomnia
5. Hallucinations
6. Paranoia
7. Pareidolia
8. Panic attacks
9. Obsessive compulsive disorders

First, I would like to point out that the brain does not function at 10% of it's actual capacity. It doesn't function at it's full capacity either. but that's true of almost every organ in the body. the real number is closer to 70%.
However, Let us indulge this for the sake of argument and assume that suddenly, a person is gifted with something that makes their brain to go on overdrive. Well, If that happened, The brain would be able to analyze sensory information at super speed and with intense detail.

you'd think that would be a good thing. But it's not, you'd be able to feel your own heart beat. You can feel it now, but your brain doesn't consider it because it's regarded as background noise. if you were in a dark room, with no lights and no sound, you'd hear it as loud as day. Same way if you had a super brain. You'd hear your breathing, the fan in your laptop. people walking outside. All at the same time.

Your brains would seek challenges. You'd rush to open your math books and solve every single problem there on sight. You'd still not be satisfied. You'd remember everything that ever happened to you. Including all those sad memories. Because your brain is going out of control, It would probably secrete hormones indiscriminately. causing you to have a nasty case of mood swings. You'd be stuck in logical loops. Hence you'd just pick some random activity and repeat it over and over again. You'd have hallucinations of things. You'd see complex mathematical objects right in front of you.

You'd be hungry for knowledge. You wouldn't be able to rest unless you read something. Speaking of which, you'd probably have a reading speed of two pages per second. Arithmetic would be painfully easy for you. You'd actually be faster than a calculator. YES. I meant that. In fact, you'd be mathematically equivalent to a supercomputer. The human brain is capable of doing that.

You'd have trouble speaking to people because your cheek muscles wouldn't be fast enough to dispense the information in your mind. neither will writing. In fact, the fastest speaker can communicate 3.12kb/minute on average. with an overcharged brain, you'd be 20 times faster. So no matter how fast you can talk, you'll always talk excruciatingly slowly compared to how you think. people will also talk slowly to you. Over time, You'd shun human companionship and bury yourself in books. Anything to keep the knowledge. Your brain will keep demanding for new information. Any attempt to make you socialize will be seen as an attack.

Over time, you'd devolve into a paranoid mess. Knowledge would be the only that your brain would care about. And the fastest way to get it. over time, your hands would become too slow to keep up turning the pages. You'd feel imprisoned in your body. In this world.

So you'd devise a means to upload yourself into a computer.

It's either that or you commit suicide out of pure misery. And that's if you don't die from brain damage first. Those are the main options.

Be careful what you wish for.
