Former aide to the former president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has attacked the presidency over its comments on the arrested man who named his dog Buhari.


Recall that the presidency in reaction to the man’s arrest and subsequent appearance in court had said the President loves caricature noting that the cartoon section of the newspapers were the president’s favourite part.


In reaction to the reply, Reno Omokri took to his twitter page to attack the president’s reading skills and habit as he linked his interest in cartoon to the current economic situations facing the country.



Driving home his point, he mentioned that other great leaders have great repository of photos to back their reading habits up but Buhari has none even on the world’s most popular internet search engine.

Why has Reno Omokiri chosen to disgrace GEJ? I still remember a column in the Punch sometimes in December 2012, written by Prof. Ayo Olukotun, whose title is: "What Does Jonathan Read?" From the disposition of Jonathan, you don't need to be told that he is not the reading type.
