Who knows the solution to this? I've bought two different av 3-1 cable, still the horizontal lines persist?

Please I am a newbie. I was formerly on Joytv, but I changed the decoder, now I can't find the Joytv anymore, despite the fact that I didn't touch my antenna Positioning. Please how do I set up the new ViewSat Decoder that I just bought.. I have scanned and scanned but what I keep getting is No Channels Found. Please help. |

Since MYTV left Nigeria many years ago, I had not been able to use my SRT 4940 decoder. Can you suggest a good transponder settings and number of dishes I will use to get a good channels to view in Nigeria? |
