The EFCC has traced a good chunk of the Halliburton payments to a private account of a prominent Nigerian .http://www.dewlite.com/halliburton-scandal-n13-5b-traced-private-account-efcc/ From the report above, i feel that the EFCC are usually too quick to come public with their investigation findings.
