www.idnewstab.com Last week, Project Fame West Africa Season 9 contestants put up a great show as they treated audience and viewers to beautiful rock ‘n’ roll performances. In the end, the power to retain the best singers in the competition was still put in the hands of teeming viewers across West Africa. www.idnewstab.com It would be recalled that all 12 contestants were placed on probation penultimate week, and just before the names of contestants with the least number of viewers’ votes were revealed, all the contestants delivered another impressive group performance. It was later revealed, however, that Gabriel, Oluchi, Steve, Dapo, and Winner had the least number of viewers’ votes and so were required to perform again to escape elimination. Thereafter, the Judges saved Winner, Faculty saved Dapo and the contestants saved Oluchi, leaving Gabriel and Steve as the eliminated contestants. www.idnewstab.com The remaining 10 contestants thrilled the audience with five star performances. Meanwhile, what was termed the night of Best Street songs took another turn when Falz aka ‘Falz The Bahd Guy’ made an unexpected appearance on stage, unsettling the hosts of the show, Joseph and Bolanle. In addition, Emeka, aka Emekus (a Season 7 finalist) also lighted up the stage as he performed his latest single titled ‘Jehova Witness’. www.idnewstab.com
