The Chief Magistrates’ court in Kapchorwa has remanded a 32 year old man to Kapchorwa prisons for aggravated defilement of his 11year old biological daughter. Ms Celestine Cherotich, his 26-year-old wife and the victim’s mother, said her husband threatened to kill her if she disturbed him.
