National President of the Youth Wing Christian Association of Nigeria, YOWICAN, Engr. Daniel Kadzai has asserted that workers in the country were fast becoming beggars and slaves under the All Progressives Congress, APC,-led administration in the country.

He lamented that the situation had become worse by the attitude of some state governors who hide under the cover of the current economic downturn to deny workers their salaries and other legitimate entitlements, noting that the unbearable hardship has forced many Nigerians, especially workers and their families, to turn beggars.
