We've tried everything - malls, schools,universities,parks, forests, hotels, infrastructures, residential estates,night life, name it (let's ignore utilities like 24hrs power, water,sewage & broadband) - and Nigeria's Lagos come bottom. Well it wins BIG on cooked GDP. We can say Nigeri' GDP 10 - reality 0. That should make you happy.

To the clown, number of skyscrapers determines your level of development. Can you beat that?

Skyscrapper is good indicator of how good a city - you know Manhattan and Newyork - Tokyo - and those great cities - nobody can waste a great city land by building slumscraper

You know in Nariobi Land say in upper hill or Westland or City Center- such areas where skyscrappper are built cost 10M usd..or maybe 5 Billion NAIRA. Don't think someone can buy land for 5B naira and proceed to erect that tiny NAIRA slumskcrapper.

Luanda has overtaken Nairobi. Now it just next to Cairo, Joburg and Durban. LAGOS the slum metropolis sit next to Kinshasa.

Nairobi now the trend is for sky-crapper apartment blocks...leave alone GRADE A office blocks.
