Yes, most SA colonial infrastructure has been around for some time & still gets us going. No need to reinvent the wheel, just maintain & upgrade. You guys also inherited colonial infrastructure, it has decayed, you're building from scratch & it's now 58 years later... u are faced with an unnecessary 2 decades-worth of backlog.

Now bcoz u r playing catch up, other areas of your development are being shortchanged such as healthcare & education. You guys always rank 150-something or other on the global HDI rankings. Like ALWAYS.
