Nigeria has oil and we beat them revenue.The taxes on housing levy will amount to 1b dollars annually.That is a lot of money.Slums will disappear with poverty in 2050.It takes few hours to erect a slum.Just cardboard and old iron sheets.Yes those in Nairobi will probably disappear but more will be built in the metro unless social housing was as competitive.One of my turn boys is looking for 5 dollars house a month..in Ugandans.That is what slum offers.5-10 dollars housing for the society dregs.
