Facts. What else is not as developed as Kenya? How about nutrition and health care? Just be honest..
Look we had already move ahead of you in maternal mortality rate.

Ok bro.
We are ahead in food security and sufficiency. In Health care now the government is make sure there is at least 1 health centre in each village and 1 Hospital in each District, also 1 referal hospital in each Region. So those villages, Districts and Regions which didn't have government health centre, Hospital and referal hospital now there is construction. Most of those places there were private or religious most Catholic and Lutheran Hospitals. We will catch up with you soon in Healthcare. There is no malnutrition in Tanzania.

Kenya has just launched universal healthcare pilot phase i hope you know what that means

Lol grin

It's Lagos or possibly Dar!

The pic is definitely Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. And that was an old photo of Jakarta, maybe taken at around 2002-2005 as there are many buildings that are missing in the photo.

You can see the current development of Jakarta below kiss

https://www.nairaland.com/5199519/tale-two-giants-indonesia-nigeria#78755293

It has a per capita income of US$17,500 now in nominal or US$43,000 in PPP

That's impossible when you are over breeding and your health budget is a percentage of that of Kenya. Wikipedia can be manipulated by anyone, get better sources.

wow this is marvelous, i have never seen this side of Lagos before, especially that oshodi transport interchange, fire!bro. let me tell you, recently one of our media house was in Lagos to benchmark on the BRT project and its successful implementation in Lagos. ours is not even started yet, because we dont even have the enabling infrastructure to support the BRT. Other than the infrastructure, there is the issue of vested interested, its killing the project even before it starts, i wish they learn from Lagos and Dar successes. KUDOS
Thank you, But i feel Nairobi can do same, what the city coucil needs is to set up a body that regualtes and controls the affairs of the systems, lagos first phase of the Lagos BRT was opened on 17 March 2008, although it was initially slated for opening in November 2007. The initiative to build the system was initiated by the government of the previous governor, Bola Tinubu. It goes from Mile 12 through Ikorodu Road and Funsho Williams Avenue up to CMS. At the moment, the Lagos BRT Corridor has been extended from Mile 12 to Ikorodu, which is the second phase of BRT implementation. With the approval of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, the construction of a new BRT corridor along Oshodi to Abule-Egba has commenced under the supervision of LAMATA.
26 bus shelters are offered along the Mile 12-CMS road; three bus terminals are also placed along the corridor (at Mile 12, Moshalashi and CMS), with the bus terminal at CMS designed to integrate with transport modes of rail and ferry that are planned for future construction by LAMATA.
Performance

The pilot BRT Lite scheme has performed creditably since operations commenced in March 2008;

1. Over 400 million passengers has been carried in the last five years
2. Average daily ridership is 180,000 passengers
3. Average Load factor of 800 passengers carried per bus daily
4. Average daily trip per day is 5
5. Average waiting time is 15 minutes
6. Average speed is 30km/h

Nairobi should start its BRT system from CBD En-route langata road, CBD - Mombasa road and CBD to Thika Highway . as a pilot scheme

Breaking news this trade might not be here for longer. The Nigerian government is thinking of bringing it down and also the one on Facebook they are looking at a way of terminating the trade on the basis of national Security
