If you don't check well you are going to post wrong pictures inadvertently. That can be termed an honest mistake.

Deal with transmission and billing otherwise your World most horrible power situation won't change.In Kenya we have invested about 8b dollars in 10yrs to generate clean renewable energy, expand access from 20% to nearly 80% and modernize transmission.And we just did that with less than 3000mw.Unless you're doing mining and say steel manufacturing you don't need a lot of power.Assume you are 200m with 40m household with 5 people per house.Each household at your level of poverty requires maybe 200kw of power daily.In developed world you may need 1KW.40m times 200w is about 8000mw if I am not wrong.That is all the power needed to ensure every Nigerian homestead has 24hrs of electricity.But you're a country of folks who cannot think...your best brains left on rickety boats for Europe and US.Obasanjo himself invested 16b dollars to generate 10000mws and instead of pausing n really thinking you're throwing the little oil money into another pit.Your budget now is a big as Kenya.
