Lol UN properties. UN owns ZERO properties outside UN Compound. They don't own any residential house. Nairobi has many RUNDAS: I think they occupy anything 1/2 to 1/3 of Nairobi Area....it stretches from Runda all the way to KAREN - that is like 20-30kms of estates - where a single unit sell for a min of 0.5m dollars- majority 1m dollars.
