The most that comes from PIPS investigation is a transfer of the officer or deranking

You get real action when you sue the entire police service
some of the police reported have been sacked .

The last thing they want is to sack an officer who is trained in weapons handling.

Rendering the person unemployed

most of the cases, those officers ended up organing robberies


The worse that PIPS can do these days are suspension without salary

Do you need to be member of any security apparatus for you to learn weapon handling?

I agree. sacking corrupt officials may not be the necessarily standard now. But if it become the only option left for the country to move forward , pips will be more than willing to do so.


For example, A police caught killing ( law verdict) an innocent citizens will never be suspended but sacked and jailed as well.

yes pips only go for a sack when it is absolutely the only option left.

Nowhere close to the best. Private Universities in Kenya have the best environments and are the orettiest (USIU, Strathmore, Daystar, CUEA etc). The best however is the University of Nairobi.
