so because you went to a country that depends on tourism for survival a d you saw some Caucasians there, it means Kenya is developed, two things I see here, 1 you're biased and secondly you feel inferior to the whites. my advice, stop seeing good in things because a white man approved of it.
Truth be told I'm not biased. you want me to visit other state in Nigeria and risk be kidnapped. You also mentioned something that the country depend on tourism which our government failed. Naira to kenya shilling is 1.3
My guy when you see failure just admit not everything you go want they patriotism to.

Does it change the fact that it was 23 floors some months ago? grin

It has already topped out at 25 floors. grin

I will show you the pictures when I pass through that place. grin

Your psychology will not work on shma. your twisting and forgery approach will not succeed here.

No.1 the beam of the bulding is so clear going by the pic you posted, there is no floor that can stand on a beam.

No. 2 the bulding you posted depicts the render image displayed on your skyscraper city website, so you can't be bulding an imaginary tower out of castle.

No. 3 I counted the last two knowing one of it was below the ground level so if we base that and ignore the last floor you'll be left with 21.

No. 4 the last floor is a single hall or rather a watching Deck which can be traced by render design, so you can't justify its worth. It can't be 4m as well.

No. 5 That bulding is topped out and it's less than 90m stop forcing things. grin

Another skyscraper on the rise. Belmont Ikoyi tower.

Initially, 20 floors was proposed but I counted 22 floors already. grin

How many did you count? grin

This is when I need your orange marker to do the needful. grin
The floors can be 3 or 3.5. count it for yourself then do the maths.

I think what he was saying is SA is headed for the big crunch, soon to end in a whimper, while Kenya is headed in the exact opposite direction, if ya know what I mean in terms of stellar evolution.

SA's been collapsing for the past 100 years in the eyes of detractors and yet here we are, still the most advanced economy in Africa with no competition in site. If anything it's you guys that will run out money much quicker than us, with a yawning current account deficit (5.2% of GDP) while we enjoy bumper surpluses, in February alone our trade surplus was $2 Billion (almost half of Kenya's annual exports, in fact we export more per month than you do in a year, we also export more agri goods in a year than your entire annual trade shocked ). You're the one whose foreign debt is exploding and FX reserves are dwindling - it's gonna end in tears but trust me no South African will be as gleeful to the demise of a fellow African economy like you seemingly are.

Anyways here's some photos from SA just to jolt you back to reality - just so that you see the enormity of your task

Transporters hiked bus prices from Abuja to the East for Easter Holiday travellers. The commuters have now flooded Warri-Itakpe Railway(SGR) to cut costs from the North to the East via Delta/Kogi . Federal Govt spent $200m in 2017 no debt , grin grin to complete the renovation of this rail. Nigeria is almost there

It could be and is likely related to the Grand Renaissance dam. The Egyptians regard damming of the Nile as an act of war and have said so repeatedly.
Finding disaffected ethnic groups to arm and use as proxies shouldn't be a problem.

LOL only possible in the ZOO!!!

takpe-Ajaokuta-Warri Railway project was first awarded in 1987.The project was initially planned to be delivered in five years. However, it was abandoned for over 30 years due to paucity of funds.

The construction of the Itakpe-Ajaokuta-Warri railway line was abandoned after about 254 kilometres had been constructed.

I just wish this damn will go ahead as planned. You have Egypt on one hand and also Sudan on the other hand you have natural phenomena like climate change. If you look at all the rivers in Africa the water level has been falling. It looks like the age of dams for Africa is coming to an end. Dams in most African countries are failing to fill up

Cedi ends 1st quarter as African best currency

The Ghana cedi ended the first quarter of this year with a year-to-date appreciation of 0.6% against the dollar, similar to last year’s performance.

The strong performance made it the best currency among 15 important African countries, including the Egyptian pound, Nigerian naira and South African rand.
