Read this; Ecclesiastes 12 1 Don’t let the excitement of youth cause you to forget your Creator. Honor him in your youth before you grow old and say, “Life is not pleasant anymore. ” 2 Remember him before the light of the sun, moon, and stars is dim to your old eyes, and rain clouds continually darken your sky. 3 Remember him before your legs—the guards of your house—start to tremble; and before your shoulders—the strong men—stoop. Remember him before your teeth—your few remaining servants—stop grinding; and before your eyes—the women looking through the windows—see dimly. 4 Remember him before the door to life’s opportunities is closed and the sound of work fades. Now you rise at the first chirping of the birds, but then all their sounds will grow faint. 5 Remember him before you become fearful of falling and worry about danger in the streets; before your hair turns white like an almond tree in bloom, and you drag along without energy like a dying grasshopper, and the caperberry no longer inspires sexual desire. Remember him before you near the grave, your everlasting home, when the mourners will weep at your funeral. 6 Yes, remember your Creator now while you are young, before the silver cord of life snaps and the golden bowl is broken. Don’t wait until the water jar is smashed at the spring and the pulley is broken at the well. 7 For then the dust will return to the earth, and the spirit will return to God who gave it. Now that you are still young is the best time for you to serve God with every material and non-material efforts of yours, spend your youthful life to the glory of God, for in it there is strenght for you to make every good work for your resting place in Heaven. Has it always been your decision to squander and sumpteously use your youthful life and then turn back to God at your old age? worshippinhg Him at the dark of your age? It could be too late and might not be accepted by your creator-God. Read this eccl. 11 vs 9. 9 Young people,[d] it’s wonderful to be young! Enjoy every minute of it. Do everything you want to do; take it all in. But remember that you must give an account to God for everything you do. Or have been saying that you can have romance without sex? It's wrong to practice it, by so doing you try to prevbent the presence and the glory of God in your life. read this. 1cor. 3 vs 16-17: don't you realize that all of you are the temple of God and that the spirit of God lives in you? 7. God will destroy anyone who destroy this temple for God's temple is holy and you are that temple. matt. 5 vs 27 “You have heard the commandment that says, ‘You must not commit adultery. ’[k] 28 But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Flee youthful lust, submit your life to God now that you are still young, worship Him in truth and in spirtit, then your reward will be superb and uncomprehendable by the human mind. PRAYER OF COMMITTMENT. God, give ne the passion and the spirit to serve you with my youthful life, to eschew furnication from my daily activities that your glory may be revealed in my life. |

Hi forumites, Any youth that forgets his creator is going to end up in hell. Youths are the future generation. They the ones that will carry the gospel to places. If these youths fail in their resposibilities then who will carry the gospel to the world. |

Periodic Yesterday at 06:55:33 PM: Noetic15 Yesterday at 10:02:19 PM asking Periodic: @Noetic15 Noetic15 peer and fellow lord, Periodic is kind of correct in making that statement by way of deduction and reasoning if Psalms 9:17 is considered Psalms 9:17(KJV): Psalms 9:17 (AMP): Visions to run with oftentimes emanate from dreams. The statement ". . . Youths are the future generation. They the ones that will carry the gospel to places. . . " obviously was attributed to scriptures such as Joel 2:28 and Acts 2:17 Joel 2:28 (KJV): Acts 2:17(KJV): "There is a difference between knowledge and wisdom. Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit not a vegetable. Wisdom is knowing not to include it in a fruit salad." |
