I think they are assesing for how well you can function without constant supervision and how much of a team player you are. Questions that have to do with you contacting your manager appears a lot and in my opinion if you put contacting your manager ahead of finding solutions yourself a lot of the time i don't think it's a good idea relative to what they are looking for.
PS: It's just an opinion i am not 100% sure that's how it works

I got it o. Scored 60th percentile and have been waiting for the mail informing of their decision regarding my application for more than a week now. Fingers crossed!

I clicked the practise session first then after like 3 practises it request if I want to start proper assessment..when. I finished I saw 2 more which wrote complete assessment. Verbal numerical and logical.

Only one option is correct and it's staring at you in the face. For instance...

The answer to the Logical there is an empty box.

The answer to the numerical there is 1104 pounds..and the options have numbers spread from about 1000 to 2000

Lol got 40 percentile in the logicals.. am pretty sure i wont be invited for the numericals.. no.be my mates dey get 80 percentile ni
