20 year old Sorence Owiti from Kisumu, Kenya has seen his penis grow 10 times the normal size, and is now the same size as a new born baby. Owiti has endured a life of tragedy, being taken in by his grandmother when both his parents died when he was aged just five.

At around the age of 10, the young man from Kibigori sub-location discovered a strange swelling. He waited for it to varnish but it instead kept growing in size. A medical operation helped decrease the swelling but it has since returned bigger and more aggressive than ever.
