pdp presidential primaries witnessed 12 minutes madness of blackout at its convention yesterday. could it be that it was time to rig or could it be that the electricity authority was excercising her supply right or was a reminder that the steady electricity power supply which the administration promised are yet to be restored or could it still be nemesis? |
