President Muhammadu Buhari, today September 6, visited Edo State for the All Progressive Congress (APC) rally, which held at Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City, Edo State.

The President, who's aircraft landed at 10:20am, was welcomed by the Governor of the State, Adams Oshiomhole and the cheering cloud.

The struggle for seat of power in Edo has just begun with two key candidates, Mr Godwin Obaseki (APC) and Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as front runners.

The election which is scheduled to hold on September 10, 2016 has nineteen candidates as contestants.
