good day my fellow nairalanders, please I need help activating my visa card for online transactions; on Saturday, I lost my verve card and went to the bank to get a new one but they did not have verve and I accepted VISA because I didn't know the difference. To cut the story short, I learnt through the internet that to perform an online transaction with the visa card, you have to get a VERIFIED OR I-PIN. I went to the bank today and one of the customer care agents helped me activate it in their ATM machine. However, even after the activation, I have not been able to perform the online transaction I want;.. it keeps displaying: your card have not been registered for verified, contact ur financial institution. please nairalanders, what could be the problem and what can I do to solve it |

contact customer care number at the back of the card during banking hours. cheers |
