So, they are/were so unintelligent to get or be given details of the armed robbers' vehicle that they carried out a FSFS (First Sighted, First Shot at)

Where or how did the online user also get the NPF's excuse? Did he go back the next day to confirm or after dodging the bullets, he went to address them? #JustCurious
