I have posted something new - While awaiting direct entry form. it is important to know the requirement for uniuyo Direct entry before thinking of purchasing it. Below are the requirement;

ADMISSION THROUGH DIRECT ENTRY (DE)
Candidates seeking admission into the University through Direct Entry should posses, in addition to ordinary level requirements, one of the followings:
(i) General Certificate of Education at Advanced Level in at least two relevant subjects.
(ii) Ordinary National Diploma (OND) at Upper/Lower Credit level from recognized institutions.
(iii) Higher National Diploma (HND) at Upper/Lower Credit level from recognized institutions.
(iv) Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with a minimum of merit in the relevant subject(s) from recognized institutions.
(v) Bachelor’s degree from recognized institutions.
In addition to the above-stated general requirements, Departmental admission requirements stipulated by the University and reflected in the Brochure of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) must be met by candidates.

If you have been given a conditional admission into uniuyo, these are what you are require to do.....

1. You must pay the approved non­refundable acceptance fee of ₦20,000.00 (Twenty thousand  Naira)  only,  online  via  http://eportals.uniuyo.edu.ng  with  effect  from  5th October, 2016 and present the official reciept to the Screening Officer on resumption for Screening and Registration exercise. 
2. You must come for screening with the following credentials:  (i) Original copies of their educational qualifications (Statements of Results/Certificates). N/B: Cases of awaiting results will NOT be accepted. (ii) Birth Certification/Age Declaration. 
(iii) A letter of good conduct from your Village Head or a responsible member of your community/or civil servant not below Grade Level 10 or equivalent in the private sector. (iv) Certificate of Local Government of origin; and this notification of admission status slip.
