CorruptNG: What is brilliant about the initiatives? Have you made any analysis of the initiative that you can share? What are the identified problems with the major airports that they want to solve by concession? Have we given a thought to the rest of over 20 national airports that rely on the 4 major airports for their upkeep. Or the hundreds of thousands of jobs and pensioners that would be affected when some unscrupulous individuals now take over the air transport industry for their own gain? Why don't they start concessioning those problematic airports first. We go just siddon like mumu, greedy evil politicians will grab all our national assets. And some people will be commenting here without thinking. Even the USA does not sell or privatize or concession their major airports, because airports are major money making assets for governments. It's shocking to me is that this evil conspiracy is happening in Buharis government. How about national security implications? Where we dey learn all this nonsense from? Let them hold a public hearing on it and convince us why the 4 major airports should be concessioned. Let them cite the example of the one they've done already in Lagos. Who that one epp? Smh. 2 Likes |

Turks: Every country has at least an airport. Not every country has a national carrier. |

So there are only 4 recognized international airports in Nigeria? Akanu Ibiam International airport, Enugu isn't recognized by Bubu ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Why does he always single out the Igbo for ignoble treatment? Na wao! One Naijeria indeed. |

ohenhen1: I think the bigger waste is allowing the FG to manage airports. They will always budget slush billion which they will steal into private banks accounts and nothing happens. |

Turks:You are the dumb one. What has the concession of airport have to do with a national carrier? |
