The Anambra Commissioner of Police, Mr Sam Okaula, has assured the people of the state of a peaceful Eid-El-Kabir celebration. Okaula made the promise in Awka on Saturday. He said that adequate measures had been put in place to prevent breakdown down of law and order during the festival. He described as baseless, speculations of a possible herdsmen attack on the state during the period.
