A thread was created earlier today by a nairalander who claimed he witnessed a rape incident when he went to visit his friend. He also went further to say the girl in question has been collecting gifts and money as well from the same. First of all, I want to let it known that I condemn rape in any form. But let's look at it this way. Was she forced to go to the guy's house? Was she tied and dragged into the house?

Secondly, why are girls always in the habit of demanding money and gifts from a guy Al in the name of dating? Is it a guys duty to provide her needs? Why do girls feel it's their God given right to make stupid monetary demands? If you know you don't love a guy and you're not willing to have anything sexual to do with him then don't make any demands. If you're do much in need of money, go and ask your father or better still go and get a job. It's not your right to demand money from a guy all in the name of a relationship.

Thirdly, this mentality many of you have where you see a relationship a financial bail-out from poverty has to stop. Honestly speaking it beats my imagination why a girl will choose to be a leech rather than being industrious. If you need a phone go and ask your dad or better still go and find a job and save money to get it. When a guy is being nice you girls will be calling him named like mugu and Maga but when the table turns you start screaming blue murder. Nothing goes for nothing.

Finally, whoever wants to dine with the devil must use a very long spoon. You don't defecate where you eat. You don't expect to collect stuffs and money from the devil if you're not willing to pay your dues.
