i have had so much about mowe/ofada, and i guess you have too. But how long would it really take for this area to develop? do you consider it a best buy now or later? |

Better believe it! Our fathers that bought lands around Lagos never thought it will be like these. But note Life is all about risk. I believe so much that it would not take time for Mowe/Ofada to become fully blown. Say 5years time at least. take my word. I bought a land there in 1999 for 35K. the same plot is now selling for 950K. My elder bro. once told me that some years back, when he used to live in Ijeshatedo around Agunlejika, he used to visit his friends who lived around Okota in a boat (that was round 1984) now look at the devt. Make yr choice on time. |
