Losing weight is not something one can do overnight. A carefully planned weight loss program requires common sense and certain guidelines which must be followed consistently with discipline. • First, you must put your mind on it; otherwise you won’t get DESIRED result. “Commitment and a positive mindset are key to a successful weight loss.” • Set realistic goals for yourself. Don’t say I want to lose 50 pounds. Instead, 5 pounds a month is ok. Always check your weight at least once in a week. If you don’t have a scale, then you are not ready for anything yet. So go get one 2day. • Take six to eight glasses of water a day. Water taken before meals dulls the appetite, and sweetened foods tend to make you crave more. So be wise! • Select an exercise routine that you are comfortable. But remember, walking is one of the best and easiest form of exercises for strengthening your bones and controlling your weight. |
