CAFEM Cooperative Investment Club:This is a club of people who gather a pool of funds to purchase low priced but high yielding lands and properties.Contribute at least N1,000 to be a member of this club.Our current project is to purchase a plot of land in West Point Gardens,Ibeju-Lekki close to the Dangote Refinery at the Lekki Free Trade Zone.Cost of the land is currently N500,000 and is expected to be valued at over N5,000,000 by 2018.
This is the purpose of setting up the club,to gain the advantage of club members combining as little as N1000 to gain income buy buying and selling lands or properties.
