The secret to economic growth, and development is allowing the flow of currency inside the population, among the greater number- by critical government spending in infrastructure and investment, and by allowing policies, that encourage businesses and transactions. This leads to increased employment rates, and new businesses will flourish...the government earn more taxes, and the people prosper.
We need to work with our resources, both human and material...more taxes can be imposed on harmful substances or extravagant expenditures-i.e, private jet taxes, tobacco and narcotics. Its time this cash mop up is suspended, and a massive investment drive, led by government spending is pursued- to create the right infrastructure and system to attract foreign investors. All we need is the right technology to ensure the financial system is monitored thoroughly, and that guidelines and stipulations are adhered to, we need to perfect on our laws, and constitute proportionate punitive measures for offenders, when breached. Let us take a cue from other advanced nations, the real wealth is when the greater number lives by a reasonable standard of living, impoverishing the people to save us money shows a lack of dynamism and a lack lustre approach to economic advancement and development, which affect the prosperity of the youth and people.
