THERE was total silence in a Lusaka Local Court in Zambia as a woman narrated how her husband removed her from the matrimonial bed and started making love with his girlfriend he brought home as she watched. Angela told Senior Court Magistrate Miyanda Banda sitting with Magistrate Pauline Newa at Matero Local Court that Mukosha could go to his girlfriend’s home for three days and did not answer her phone calls.“Three days after my child died, Mukosha went away again to his girlfriend in Matero and he would spend one night at home in a week. “On January 21, he came home with the same girlfriend at 21.00 hours and I gave them food. His girlfriend slept on a sofa, and left the following day,” said Angela.
