The brain is the memory of human and it has the function to store informations and this informations can be gotten when needed.A student who wants excellent performance will desire an optimal functioning of his brain to retain what he has studied and recalls it whenever he wants.
The Five Brain Foods Needed by the Brain
The five brain foods your brain needs for good performance are
#1 Fruits/Vegetables:
Fruits contain vitamins which are necessary for the body and brain.
Also vegetables are important.always take fruits consistently and frequent as possible for the following reasons.
Fast and good eye sight because eyes and brain are connected when reading.
Quick retention and understanding when studying.try take the following fruits:carrots,oranges,banana,watermelon
#2 Water or Milk:
Liquid is essential in the body,that's why we have water in the body.Drink water when studying especially for longer period,this help stabilize your body system and keep you focus in order to assimilate.you can make provisions for milk which is among sources of protein,and you know what that does to the brain and body.
Also water helps eliminates fatigue and stress.
#3 Rest:
The brain is working consistently and it requires rest also.
Your Brain is best active and at alert after a good rest.
Example:after a long duration usage of a machine or laptop,it becomes hot and begins to function less,that's why they provide means of cooling. Either a fan or a coolant fluid.the brain needs rest if you want to have a good academic performance,take a rest of 1-2 hour(s) and a sleep of about 4 hours.
#4 Exercises
Exercising the brain is a food that the brain needs for active performanc,quick thinking and solutions
Alway see puzzles,quiz verbal reasoning or aptitude reasoning as exercises.they help the y to act fast in providing solutions.combining this with music gives the brain a boost to provide answers.
Those who are good with arithmetic are not just good,most play around with simple multiplication,division, decimals and this help them to provide solutions to arithmetic problems that others want to use calculator.
#5 Musics:
Musics are said to be harmony rytjms or sound put together that is pleasant.
Your mind and brain always work together because when youhave thought on certain things the brain is also unrest because it want to think out solutions.
Listen to musics to have the peace of mind to help the brain.
