anybody out there who can give a bro a helping hand?

got dis site i'm planning 2 put sometime in d nearestb future but i've got a lotta issues i'm bothered about ,

i'm using IIS as my Web/App server and the whole design/dev process is being done on my local disks , but i'm very sceptical about migrating the application to my host , is there anybody out there who's done this sorta stuff b4? will there be any special configurations dat need 2 be done at the host end 4 d whole app to work?

another thing dat bothers me is how i'm gonna be accessing my database & how i'm gonna carry-out site updates , can it be done automatically without my intervention?
