Yes, another mistake was in episode 10 in Ghost office, where Tariq came in first, he hugged Ghost then Dre came in few seconds after. Tariq left them closing the door but in episode 11, Tariq and Dre came in together. Tariq left them with the door opened then Ghost closes the door himself.
